About the Prestige Sauna Sealed Lamp
This is the sealed cabin lamp. The gasketed housing keeps steam and splashed water off the bulb and its contacts, which is the failure mode that kills ordinary light fittings in a sauna - water hits a hot bulb, or moisture works into the socket and corrodes it.
It is the correct fixture for a traditional stove cabin where you pour water over stones, and the sensible replacement anywhere an unsealed lamp has already failed once.

Installation and care
Fit it in the existing lamp position. Check the gasket seats cleanly all the way round when you close the housing - a pinched or twisted gasket is the usual reason a sealed lamp still lets moisture in. Let the bulb cool fully before opening the housing.
Common questions
Why do I need a sealed lamp in a sauna?
Steam and splashed water reach the bulb and socket in a sauna cabin. A gasketed, heat-rated housing keeps moisture off the contacts, which is what fails first in an ordinary fitting.
Is this needed in an infrared cabin?
It matters most in traditional stove cabins where water is poured over stones. Infrared cabins run drier, but a sealed lamp still outlasts an unsealed one.
Can I use a standard household bulb in it?
